About Loyola

Loyola Public School is managed and administered by the members of the The Loyola School Society. Two names will go down in history as pioneers of LPS, Late Rt. Rev. Ignatius Mummadi, Bishop of Guntur, Catholic Diocese endeavored and brought the Jesuits too. “Born for greater things” – ‘Natus Ad Majora’ is the motto of LPS.

Saint Ignatius of Loyola, SJ was a Spanish knight from a local Basque noble family, hermit, priest since 1537, and theologian, who founded the Society of Jesus and, on 19 April 1541, became its first Superior General.
